Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Extra bed charges are ₹500 per person.
Full payment must be made at check-in.
All guests and visitors must provide valid ID.
Foreign nationals must present a passport and valid visa.
Smoking, alcohol, gambling, drugs, and other prohibited activities are not allowed.

Cancellation

1. Individual Bookings Cancellation Period: Guests can cancel without fees up to 48 hours before the arrival date.
2. Late Cancellation: If canceled within 48 hours of arrival, a fee equal to one night’s room rate plus taxes applies.
3. No-Show: Not showing up on the arrival date will result in a no-show fee equivalent to one night’s room rate plus taxes.
4. Group Bookings (5 Rooms or More) Cancellation Period: Free cancellation is available until 7 days before the arrival date.
5. Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur a fee of one night’s room rate plus taxes per room.
